  • Columbia CAP - Consumer Assistance Program for eligible Columbia Gas customers to reduce monthly gas bills and help with arrearage forgiveness
  • Dollar Energy Fund to assist eligible low-income families with utility payments
  • Low Income Usage Reduction Program (LIURP) - Weatherization program for income eligible Allegheny Power customers
  • Member United Program to assist customers of the United Electric Cooperative with termination notices and utility bills
  • PenCAP - Penelec Customer Assistance Program designed to offer arrearage forgiveness and set a maximum monthly payment based on income eligibility
  • WARM - Penelec Weatherization Program for income eligible customers with electric heating
